| Fighting for Fitness provides free youth fitness classes to empower our kids to be fit and strong! This program's main goal is to encourage kids to exercise by using the popularity of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) to capture their interest. Let's Roll's mix of MMA "Inspired" stretching, cardio and core strength building exercises develops stronger, more self confident kids! The practice of Martial Arts has a long reputation for increasing kid's mental toughness, focus, self discipline and self esteem...Our fitness program is no different!!! We also spend time each class educating and empowering our kids with anti-bullying messages to keep them safe. Each of our weekly classes provides for 25 participants. Classes are currently being held at participating gyms, afterschool programs, youth organizations and private enterprises...anywhere with a gym and mats, Multi-purpose room or even a grassy area!
